Great room sizes that accommodated our large group comfortably. the kitchen was well equipped with ample crockery and cutlery, making cooking for a big group easy. Plus, having a supermarket and rental shop nearby was convenient. the location was ideal as it was easily accessible to the ski lifts and the main town. the staff was friendly and ready to assist with any requests promptly.
The spa facilities were a letdown. the pool and sauna were small and not well maintained, with limited space to hang towels and store clothes.

Awesome hotel, we truly enjoyed it.
This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Room was great value for money. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Au Mazot that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was really good, and the hotel facilities were great. We loved the spa with a sauna and hammam with fine views. The shower in our room was excellent, and the heating kept us warm. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their English skills were excellent. The location was perfect, as we could ski directly from the hotel to the debutant area. The hotel was also very close to the residence, and just a short walk to the station. we had a fantastic experience.
No complaints.

The residence is located very close to the beginner's area, making it convenient for those learning to ski. the apartment we stayed in had a spacious lounge area and the rooms were clean. the staff provided excellent service and attended to our requests promptly.
The kitchen in the apartment was too small and the dishwasher was not very efficient.

Excellent location for skiing, with a five-minute walk to the slopes and the ability to ski back to the hotel. The kitchen facilities were good, making cooking easy. There was a convenient bus stop right outside the front door, making getting around easy.
The locker in the ski room was too small for eight people and the only shower was a stand-up one, making it difficult for some guests.

The location in Les Balcons area was perfect for us, as it was not as crowded as the rest of the resort. Plus, being directly above the pub downstairs was very convenient for some après-ski fun. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were friendly and always helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a cozy sitting area and a kitchen complete with all the necessary cookware and utensils. We also enjoyed having a flat-screen TV in the room, which was a nice touch. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality service.
